We are looking for a hands-on and driven Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build, execute, and continuously improve our marketing strategy.

 

About OUAT!

At OUAT!, our mission is to accelerate the digital transformation of the life sciences industry.

We’re building HakoBio, a 3D digital twin platform for the life sciences industry, enabling teams to design, understand, and train on complex processes in a more intuitive and scalable way. Our mission is to make the HakoBio 3D digital twin the industry standard.

We’re an agile, cohesive, and collaborative team that values inclusivity, ownership, and clarity. Everyone contributes directly to shaping both the product and the company. We’re already working with leading global players in the life sciences space and are now focused on deepening those partnerships while expanding into new accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities

As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution, driving pipeline growth, strengthening our brand, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Own and drive the marketing-led pipeline (MLQ) strategy and execution
  • Define, manage, and optimize the marketing budget
  • Develop and execute the marketing and communications calendar
  • Own all marketing channels (digital, content, partnerships, etc.)
  • Identify, evaluate, and scale themost effective channel mix
  • Lead and coordinate our event strategy and presence (conferences, trade shows, etc.)
  • Support and guide content creation across channels
  • Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align marketing with growth objectives

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and performance tracking
  • Experience managing budgets and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset – you take initiative and turn ideas into execution
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel for events and client meetings
  • Fluency in English

Previous experience in the biotech or life sciences industry is also a plus, but not a requirement.
