We’re building HakoBio, a 3D digital twin platform for the life sciences industry, enabling teams to design, understand, and train on complex processes in a more intuitive and scalable way. Our mission is to make the HakoBio 3D digital twin the industry standard.

 

We’re an agile, cohesive, and collaborative team that values inclusivity, ownership, and clarity. Everyone contributes directly to shaping both the product and the company. We’re already working with leading global players in the life sciences space and are now focused on deepening those partnerships while expanding into new accounts.

 

What, or OUAT!, you’ll do

You’ll keep the sales machine well-oiled and efficient, combining structure, follow-up, and customer interaction.

  • Manage quotations end-to-end: prepare, track, and follow up
  • Stay in touch with prospects and customers to keep momentum going
  • Coordinate demos between customers and our technical/sales teams
  • Track renewals and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and useful
  • Support reporting, order processing, and continuous improvements

This is not just admin work. You’re a key part of the customer journey and a force multiplier for the sales team.
